Yaqoub holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado, Denver. He has over 6 years of experience in the field of measurement and control. He specializes in Process measurement and mechanical instrumentation, wireless instrumentation networks and IR 4.0 technologies.

Chairman, ISA - Saudi Arabia Eastern Region Event 2019. Ghulam Rasul is the Instrument Plant Maintenance Chief at SWCC Plant in Al-Jubail. Ghulam holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and has more than 38 years of experience in the field of instrument and control at various fertilizers, utilities, power, and desalination plants, spanning the fields of Process Measurement and Control, Automation, Project management, Safety systems, and Consultations services.

Noor Sharif

Plant Networks Unit, Saudi Aramco

Ms. Noor Alsharif has a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She joined Saudi Aramco in 2013, where she has spent time working on Network and Computer infrastructure under IT, and later moved on to work on critical plant network infrastructure and security. She is currently at the Process and Control Systems department where she continues her work with industrial networks and systems.

Omar Al-Shukr

Instrument Engineer, Saudi Aramco

Omar Al-Shukr is an instrument engineer works for Saudi Aramco since 2012. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen in the UK with bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering. Omar is specialized in Control Valves and actuators applications as well as managing Automation projects for Saudi Aramco. Omar is leading Saudi Aramco initiative to promote non-intrusive instruments to Saudi Aramco operating plants to enable the digital transformation company-wide.

Saleh Alghamdi

Senior Instrument Engineer, Saudi Aramco

Saleh Al-Ghamdi is a senior instrument engineer manage and optimize Saudi Aramco Instrumentation standards and procedures to reduce corporate capital projects cost and align to international standards. He is Specialist in Gas Detection System and expert in vibration monitoring system, instrumentation wireless, the first wireless allowable in Saudi Aramco standard . Saleh has been leading one of the digital transformation initiatives under Smart Plant track introducing Smart H2S Sensors. Saleh Has Bachelor engineering degree in Automation systems (Instrumentation & Control Systems ) from Wales university U.K.
